Level 9 and 10 foil blonde | this is the PERFECT seamless foil mix for those foiled blonde ladies . The foils are blended , not chunky and with a purple shampoo water bath , caramel swirl brings those level 9 foils down to a perfect cool tone , and tones the blonde in between perfectly if your client is on the cooler side.
