Thank you for taking the time to consider and apply for the current position with Baciami. We are an expanding international hair extension brand, and we are eager to welcome a dynamic new team member to our growing family.

This role encompasses various responsibilities, including customer service through phone, messaging, and our social media platforms. You will assist customers with educational support, which includes reviewing their work submissions as they practice applying hair extensions. Additionally, you will be involved in familiarising yourself with our product range, recommending suitable options, and offering assistance with colour matching for salons and their clientele.

A significant aspect of our sales process involves conducting Zoom calls with prospective students. During these sessions, you will assess their individual situations, recommend tailored course bundles, and successfully close sales—all within the Zoom call. Given the nature of this role, confidence in sales and communication is essential, along with the ability to inspire potential students. Consistency in availability and a commitment to attending these calls is also vital.

Other responsibilities will include managing salon bookings and deposits, alongside your Baciami duties, and creating engaging updates on Canva for our social media channels regarding new products and upcoming educational offerings. You will be working collaboratively with two other Baciami team members to relay important customer requests to our product development and order fulfilment teams.

Additionally, you will assist with filming and content creation, participate in weekly Google updates (training will be provided), and help us deliver a memorable experience for our customers through follow-up calls and feedback collection. We also welcome your creative ideas to enhance the nurturing experience we offer.
