What types of hair extensions does Baciami offer? 

Baciami provides a premium range of professional hair extensions to suit all client hair types, including Genuis Weft, Silicon Micro Nano Beads, Micro Keratin Bonds, Clip In Hair including Toppers, and Mesh Integration options for clients who are suffering from hair loss. 

What lengths are available? 

Our extensions come in 17”, 21”, 23”, and 25” lengths to suit various styling preferences.

Is the hair 100% human and ethically sourced? 

Yes. All Baciami extensions are made from 100% Remy single-donor human hair, sourced ethically and processed without harsh chemicals. Each bundle retains its cuticle alignment, ensuring longevity and a natural finish.

Where does Baciami source its hair from? 

We partner with trusted suppliers who provide ethically sourced, single-donor Remy human hair. Our team ensures strict quality control at every stage. If our hair does not meet our standards, it is used for education purposes or sent back to the supplier. 

Is Baciami hair chemically treated? 

No. Our extensions are not processed with harsh chemicals. They are gently toned to preserve cuticle integrity, softness, and overall quality.

How is Baciami hair processed? 

Each bundle is carefully double-drawn for consistent thickness from top to bottom. Hair undergoes a multi-step quality assurance process and is handcrafted to minimise shedding and ensure a tangle-free experience.

⬇️ APPLICATION & MAINTENANCE

Can I apply Baciami extensions myself? 

Clip-ins can be applied at home. However, all semi-permanent methods—such as wefts, tapes, and bonds—must be professionally applied for safe installation and the best results.

How should I care for my Baciami extensions?
  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner (Baciami Haircare is recommended to maintain our 3-month warranty).

  • Always brush from ends to roots using an extension-safe brush.

  • Avoid excessive heat; always use a thermal protectant.

  • Tie your hair in a low braid at night to prevent tangling.

Never sleep with wet hair or allow extensions to air dry completely.

Can I colour or tone my extensions? 

Any form of colouring, including tinted shampoos or conditioners, will void your warranty.

If you choose to colour your extensions, only use a semi-permanent colour with no more than a 1.5% developer to deepen or tone. Never bleach or lighten extensions. Always strand-test first, as results vary by brand.

How long will my extensions last? 

With proper care and maintenance, Baciami extensions typically last 6 to 12 months. Longevity depends on colour, method, user habits, and frequency of wear.

Do you offer a warranty on your extensions? 

Yes. We provide a 3-month matte-free quality guarantee on all hair extensions from the date of purchase, provided Baciami Haircare is used and care guidelines are followed.

What are the warranty guidelines?
  • Use of the Baciami HairCare is required for your warranty. Our haircare range was created to ensure the right balance of moisture, without harsh chemicals that can destroy the hair extension integrity
  • Professional application methods must be adhered to - if you feel there is a faulty bond, we will require imagery of the extensions, including the application technique.
  • Extensions have not been coloured 
  • Extensions are returned unopened - and unused
What is covered under warranty?
  • Severe matting from incorrect cuticles(even with correct use)
  • Faulty bond including - tape, clip, or wefts.
What voids the warranty?
  • Use of non-recommended products
  • Colouring, toning, or bleaching extensions
  • Failure to follow care instructions
How do I make a warranty claim? 

Email info@baciamihairextensions.com.au with your order number and concern. Our team will send you a warranty claim form to complete.

⬇️ SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for Australian orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged $15 for express post or a standard rate depending on weight and service selected.

How soon will my order be sent?

Orders placed and paid before 10am (AEST) on weekdays will be dispatched the same day

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may vary.

How long will delivery take?
  • Express (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • Standard (Australia): 3–10 business days

  • International Express: 2–4 business days (major metro areas)

  • International Standard: 10+ business days

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for regional areas.

Do you ship across Australia?

Yes. We offer nationwide shipping. Orders over $200 receive free standard shipping. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours with tracking provided upon dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but international shipping is currently limited. Please contact our team for details. Duties and taxes may apply.

What if my parcel is delayed?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our team with your order number. You can also track it using the link provided in your confirmation email.

⬇️ DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Will I be charged customs duties? 

Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

⬇️ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my extensions? 

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the hair is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes. Exchanges are available for different lengths or shades, as long as the product is unused and packaging remains intact.

How do I process a return? 

Email info@baciamihairextensions.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Authorisation with instructions. (Brookie please confirm if this is correct)

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Yes. Customers are responsible for postage when returning items and for shipping the replacement item.
